The Four Pillars
Psychology
The mind and understanding our own minds. Our own patterning, our blockages, our belief system. Who we believe we really are, how we see ourselves fitting into the world around us and how we view the world. So often we are limited by our own lense, as everything is a projection from our own lensed based on our belief systems. We will explore where this mindset is holding us back, where are belief system is limiting our possibilities and where our shadows and blockages lie, by shifting our perspective, changing our lease and opening up to the reality beyond our limiting view point. This view point has got us to where we are but is not needed to get us where we want to go.
Emotionality
Tied closely to psychology, these are a continuation of our patterning. but not just the mindset also the emotional response that so often ripples out and impacts our choices and the remnants of the emotional state we feel from a day to day basis. Neurosis, anxiety, shame and guilt are all examples of how our patterning is left lingering in the body as an emotional state that is really where the deep discomfort lies. Here not only do we shift the patterning but we also promo self knowledge to understand what you body is doing psychologically, what is your nervous system promoting and why and what hormones are being produced and what state does this induce which translates into the emotional experience. This knowing allows us to understand what practices and modalities shift this emotional state. It allows us to apply grace to ourselves when experiencing these cycles.
Physiology
This is a continuation of understanding the nervous systems response to stress and how that manifests physiologically in the body and when unnoticed eventually manifests into physiological symptoms, which more often than not are the last symptoms of the body trying to alert us of an imbalance. Here we will explore mechanisms to listen to the body, promote presence, feeling and intuition and create techniques and practices to ensure the body feels heard and is getting what it needs. We will touch upon diet and dive into different approaches to eating and inquire into various evidence bases.
Spirituality
How are we all connected? What are our similarities, what are our differences. How does believing in something greater than ourselves increase the likelihood of a long meaningful life, because it does! We will examine different concepts our spirituality, disconnecting it from any religious belief system completely and inquiring into the idea of what is spirituality to the modern day person, How can we look to nature for truths that can offer context to how we approach spirituality in our everyday modern lives.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
