Mindset Management online coaching programme

This 3-day online immersion is for you if are feeling stuck, limited and are desiring a big shift. It all begins inside. Let’s do the work together.

We will come together as a collective and cover the basic principles of self awareness, what am I feeling and where am I feeling it. We will focus on creating pathways and connection to create and allow space for these answers to arise. So often we have no idea what we are feeling until it presents an unavoidable symptom. We will promote these personal check ins and the modalities behind them so we can catch dis-ease and discomforts when they first arise in the psyche.

We will then work on transferring this information identified into an intention. An intention that serves your greater need that has been identified. An intention that is realistic and deliverable and puts yourself first to defuse the potential accumulation of symptoms that can and often will arise when we do not listen to what our subconscious is trying to tell us. We will cover thoroughly techniques of self-management and self mastery.

Next is the importance and understanding of the honoring of these intentions set. How does that look realistically in every day life, how can we set an intention that gives us complete permission to honor what it is our true self is calling for and what impact does that have on our psyche, confidence, efficacy and esteem when we give ourself this gift.

Hi, I am Alex Michael

I am a life coach, personal trainer, healer, mother, yoga teacher, meditation coach. I have spent the last 20 years refining my craft and have worked with thousands of people all over the planet.

I work with a four pillared approach that focuses on physical wellbeing, emotional state, spiritual awareness and psychological health.

I hold advanced certificates in physical training, coaching, exercise on prescription and have spent 7 years regularly participating in motivational interviewing psychology training with a specialist clinical psychologist. I have acquired my professional training programme with the Centre for Mind Body Medicine and have spent over 15 years working on public health funded programmes for chronic disease that include: anxiety, depression, obesity, diabetes, autoimmune disease, cardiovascular diseases and musculoskeletal diseases.

I am personally driven by making an impact, I really really enjoy helping people and supporting people to feel better about themselves, make sense of their struggles and feel empowered in their lives.

Day 1 - Awareness

  • What is it that you do you want to see in your life?

  • What do you want to expeierence on a daily basis?

  • What lense do you want to apply to the way you see the world.

  • What experiences do you feel are deeply imprtant for you to feel fulfilled at the time you leave this world?

Day 2 - Intention

  • How do your value systems align with your vision?

  • What paths need to be created from where you are now to where you Vision is?

  • What is in the gap between where you are now and where your vision is and what needs to be created to create a road through that?

Day 3 - Honoring the Intention

  • What is getting in the way of you living your best life?

  • Why have you. not ahcieved this already?

  • What are your limitting belief patterns that are preventing you from moving forward?
